Childcare on Sunday Mornings

Child care is available for infants through 3-year-olds during Worship. Each child will need to be signed in and signed out by a parent.

  • Nursery care for infants and toddlers.
  • Structured care for 2 and 3-year-olds.
  • Children’s Time for 4-year-olds through 3rd grade.

Bible Workshop for 3rd graders

All students in grades 3-5 are invited to attend a fun day to learn how to use your Bible. On the Sunday following the Bible Workshop, Hudson United Methodist Church gives Bibles to our 3rd graders or for students attending the workshop for the first time. Students are invited to attend every year! Any students (3rd grade and up) who do not have their own Bibles and would like one are asked to contact the Family Ministries Office.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

Join us for Family Vacation Bible School at Hudson UMC. Registration is free, but we welcome donations. No childcare will be provided as this is a whole family event! Most activities are geared for kids ages 3 years – 5th grade, but the whole family is invited to attend. There will be a little something for everyone!

Weekday Youth Programs

Youth Group

Sunday 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Grades 6-12 – unless otherwise noted.
Come hang out with the Youth Leaders for lunch, games & discussion. We also host youth events throughout the year. All are welcome; please feel free to bring friends for one event or for the whole year! Youth Group meets at the church unless otherwise noted. We hope to see you every Sunday evening; come as you are!

Confirmation Class

In Confirmation class, we study the teachings, prayer, and parables of Christ as well as United Methodist history and doctrine. Confirmation class is also a spiritual experience that encourages our youth to explore their personal faith. This class is designed for 7th grade and above and is offered every other year.
